Your secrets are stored against the account number derived from the identifier Apple generates — that is what lets you see and delete your own, and what applies the daily limit. It is never shown to another user. There are no profiles, usernames, follower lists or inboxes — no way at all for one user to reach another. As a guest you can read the whole map but write nothing.
